QUALITY ASSURANCE PROGRAM

Building quality right in

Chaired by our President and CEO, Objectivity's Quality Assurance Working Group meets twice a month. It oversees all aspects of our operations to ensure that:

  • Quality Policy is understood and implemented by all employees.
  • Quality Assurance Plans are a fundamental part of every project.
  • Staff responsibilities and duties relating to quality are clearly identified.
  • All employees are appropriately trained to ensure the quality of our products.
  • Sufficient resources are provided to facilitate high quality work.
  • Appropriate documentation and records are maintained, controlled and archived.

Audits and reviews for quality assurance

The Quality Assurance Working Group conducts periodic audits and reviews of staff and project work to ensure that quality standards are maintained – and to identify opportunities for making improvements.

As well, Quality Assurance teams from our customers and partners can obtain timely and accurate quality information with minimal disruption to our normal operations.

Quality without compromise

Even with stringent quality assurance mechanisms, designed to minimize problems in a complex product and market, humans can make mistakes. At Objectivity, we will admit our mistakes and do everything in our power to correct them. Then, learning from those mistakes, we will introduce new mechanisms to ensure they never happen again.
