Objectivity/DB, Release 10
Objectivity/DB's features and capabilities have always been designed to help developers and system architects innovate with confidence, and to address some of the most complex data management problems and mission-critical systems requirements that exist. Release 10 continues this evolution, with more features for C#, Java developers and users of the Eclipse Modeling Framework.
- Complete support for C#.NET developers, with a plug-in for Visual Studio, full support for LINQ (a .NET query syntax like SQL) and the .NET Configuration and Transaction model. C# developers now may easily utilize native object management and persistence to build applications that perform, even at high volume and high velocity.
- Improved programming language bindings and support for C# .NET, C++, Java, Python and Smalltalk (and SQL and XML standards for queries and data exchange).
- Interoperable OS and platform support allowing applications to run on 32-bit and 64-bit Windows, Linux and Mac platforms, and platform provided compilers including Visual Studio and JVM. More information.
- Better performance by orders-of-magnitude over traditional relational technologies, and up to 30% faster than our own previous release!
- Increased ease of administration, operations and deployment, with user-friendly performance analysis, upgrade support, database management, failover and disaster recovery tools, along with an improved debugging toolkit.
- Find out more! Objectivity/DB enables some of the most complex applications and mission critical systems in the world today.
